Daniel has a passion for property sales and has done so all over the world for the last 18 years. A specialist in development opportunities alongside traditional estate agency, he joined Kivells in 2016 as Office Manager and was soon promoted to Area Manager in 2018 and to Director in July 2023. Honest, clear and constructive advice has seen Daniel become one of the most popular and relied upon specialists in the area.

Tom returned to Kivells in 2013 having spent time managing rural estate in Cornwall, following his initial training with Kivells in 2006/07. Graduating from Harper Adams University College in 2008 with a Degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management, Tom became a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2009, and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2014. Tom proudly became a Director of Kivells in 2016. Being an RICS registered Valuer, Tom undertakes a diverse and wide range of valuation and rural professional work, specialising in farm agency, farm subsidies and environmental stewardship schemes throughout the South West.

Laura joined Kivells in December 2020 as a Trainee Sales Negotiator and was promoted to Sales Negotiator in December 2021 and to Senior Sales Negotiator in December 2023. Laura successfully passed her MNAEA qualification in April 2024. Laura has always been involved with agriculture as her family are farmers and she is also heavily involved with her local Young Farmers club.

Will joined the Kivells team as a Trainee Sales Negotiator in July 2023. Although new to the company, Will has a strong enthusiasm for the industry and a drive to develop his skills in negotiation.

Jess joined the Kivells Team in 2018 and now manages our Launceston, Bude and Liskeard rented portfolio. She has achieved her Level 2 ARLA qualification and is currently working towards her Level 3, to further her knowledge of the industry. Jess is a landlord of her own properties, so knows the importance of finding the right tenant for her landlords.

Emily joined the Kivells team in April 2024 as a Trainee Lettings Administrator. Although new to the team, Emily is excited to be a part of the Lettings Team and strives to develop her skills in the industry.

Teresa started working as a Property Administrator in the Launceston office in 1998 until 2006 when she worked from home as a “typing hub” for Launceston, Liskeard and Bude offices for a couple of years as well as coming into the Launceston office to train new staff. In 2010 Teresa returned to the office assisting the commercial / professional and surveying departments based in Launceston and is now Office Administrator.
