Mark joined Kivells in 1998 and became a director in 2012. Mark earned a bachelors degree at the Royal Agricultural College and gained his MRICS and FAAV qualifications shortly after. Mark was brought up on the family farm and retains a keen interest in agriculture and rural affairs. Mark is a RICS registered Valuer and undertakes a diverse range of rural professional work, including valuations for tax, loan security and expert witness purposes, rural planning, telecommunications, renewables, compulsory purchase/compensation, landlord/tenant, agency and property management.
After joining Kivells in early 2014 as a Trainee, Sam quickly progressed to become one of the most trusted and professional agents in the county and was promoted to Director in July 2023. Sam has overseen the growth of the Liskeard Estate Agency Department, where property throughout the wider South East Cornwall region is dealt with. In addition, he has headed up the Property Auction Department, where Kivells are proudly now the most successful Property Auctioneers in Cornwall and Devon.
Claire joined Kivells Liskeard in 2017. Since joining the office as an administrator Claire has progressed to a sales negotiator where she enjoys the variety of roles and has become an integral part of Kivells sales team. Claire excels at customer service and regularly exceeds our clients expectations.
Natalie joined Kivells in May 2021. She has over 8 years’ experience in estate agency and enjoys providing a great customer service for our vendors and buyers. Natalie is looking to develop her knowledge of the local area and progress within Kivells.
Nyah joined the Kivells team in November 2021 as a Trainee Lettings Administrator, transferring to our Liskeard office in July 2023, taking up the position of Administrator. Nyah was promoted to Sales Negotiator in Janaury 2024. Nyah prides herself on providing a high level of customer service and has successfully completed her level 2 ARLA and will soon be working towards the Level 3 NAEA. She is looking forward to developing her industry knowledge and progressing within Kivells.
Rosie joined the Kivells Team in June 2021 as the company's Marketing Executive, overseeing all marketing activity for the Residential Sales, Lettings, Farms and Land and Professional Services departments. Rosie graduated from the Univerity of Falmouth in 2011 with a BA (Hons) in Public Relations and has a wealth of marketing knowledge, with over 11 years of industry experience.
Jess joined the Kivells Team in 2018 and now manages our Launceston, Bude and Liskeard rented portfolio. She has achieved her Level 2 ARLA qualification and is currently working towards her Level 3, to further her knowledge of the industry. Jess is a landlord of her own properties, so knows the importance of finding the right tenant for her landlords.
Emily joined the Kivells team in April 2024 as a Trainee Lettings Administrator.
Although new to the team, Emily is excited to be a part of the Lettings Team and strives to develop her skills in the industry.
