Fully Managed
Looking for a stress-free experience? Our fully managed service allows you to sit back and relax, knowing your property is in safe hands. We would take care of everything throughout the term of the tenancy, including rent handling, deposits, repairs, legal certification, periodic inspections and the end of tenancy arrangements.
Unmanaged/Find A Tenant
Do you like to get hands on? Our Unmanaged/Find A Tenant service allows you to take control of the day-to-day management of your rental. We handle the marketing, find the best suited tenant for your property, with the maximum yield possible and ensure your property is fully compliant with current legislation. Once the tenants have been selected and referenced, we then hand the management over to you.
Rent Collection
Looking for some extra support? Our rent collection service allows you to take charge of the everyday management, but we will support you by collecting the monthly rent, providing monthly statements for your accounts and chasing rent arrears where applicable.
Custom service
